Wi-Fi is available in the condo. The password will be in your check-in instructions and on a sign in the condo.
The driveway is available for parking. It can hold up to six cars. There is also parking allowed along the street as long as it does not block traffic
There are two smart TVs. You can log into your streaming services of choice. You will want to ensure you log out of these services before you leave.
To ensure a clean and organized environment, it's important to remember that all trash should go into the green trash can located on the driveway. The collection happens early on Tuesday mornings, so if it's convenient on Monday evening, kindly move the trash can to the roadside.
For recycling, the blue trash can is designated, with pickups scheduled every other Tuesday. If you're able to assist with this, a quick confirmation with me will help determine if it's the correct week for recycling collection.
TO UNLOCK:
From the outside, open the outer door and enter your code on the keypad and then press the button with the checkmark.
From the inside, turn the thumb-turn to lock or unlock.
TO LOCK:
From the outside, ensure the door is fully closed and press the Yale logo at the top of the keypad.
From the inside, turn the thumb-turn to lock or unlock.
There is a light in the dining room and one in the Magnolia Suite bath that are sun tube skylights. There are no switches to turn them on and off.
